This branch of the Fritchek family arrived in America landing in New York on July 14, 1866 aboard the "Rio Grande" which departed from Bremen, Germany.

	The ship manifest from the "Rio Grande" identifies Ignatz (Henry), his wife Barbara, daughters Barbara, Johanna and Therese, and sons Mathias and Frank. We have not yet found a good photo of Henry or Barbara so this one will have to do.  This is a photo of Frank(?) as a young man.
